Introduction

The North America Staff Conference (NASC) is for senior pastors and their chosen leaders that include their wives. If you are not one of them but would like to participate, please discuss your desire with your senior pastor, who will pray and guide you if decided.

Conference Fee

  • Admission: $175
  • Hotel room for two nights: $107
  • Two Breakfasts: $42

The admission fee is mandatory, which includes two meals on Friday noon and evening. Breakfasts on Friday and Saturday are optional. The hotel room is optional. You pay for them only if you choose them during registration.


Registration Schedule

Registration begins online on December 1, 2022. The registration offers an early bird rate that reduces the admission fee by $15. The early bird rate ends on January 16, 2023. The online registration closes on February 5, 2023. After that, the registration is only available in person at the hotel. All payments are due before the registration website closes. 


Frequently Asked Questions

Is partial payment available?
We prefer full payment at once. We, however, consider those who cannot afford it. You may be one. We allow you to pay partially in increments with a minimum payment of $50. Here is a caveat. Your remaining balance should never be less than $50. For example, you ordered $160. You pay $50 in two installments. You must pay $60 at the final installment to complete your payment. If you pay only $50 at the final installment, you will owe $10. Unfortunately, you cannot pay the balance of $10 online because the minimum payment amount allowed is $50. You must pay the balance $10 at the conference site check-in, which will significantly delay your registration time.
Can I cancel my registration? If so, can I get my payment back?
Yes, you can cancel your registration prior to the close of the online registration. You get the refund only if you have completed the payment. However, there is a service fee of $20 deducted from the refund.
I paid partially and ended up cancelling my registration. I understand that I cannot get a refund. What about crediting it to someone I know?
In general, your partial payment is taken as a donation. Yet, registration managers are willing to discuss such an option. Please, use the button ‘Contact Us’ and make your request.
Do I contact the hotel directly to register for the conference?
No, use the UBF registration website to register.
When I register, I am asked if I will travel by air. I do, but I have not purchased a ticket. The question for Yes/No is mandatory. What shall I do?
You choose ‘No’ during the registration. When you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email. The email provides you with a link to modify your entry. When you find your travel information, you return to the site by the link and revise it.
When I register, I am asked if I have a roommate. I do, but I have not decided. The question for Yes/No is mandatory. What shall I do?
