Conference Location
We made a contract with the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel to host the conference (Address: 104-04 Ditmars Blvd., East Elmhurst, NY, 11369, USA; Phone: 718-457-6300).
Housing
We do not assign a hotel room for you, since the conference fee does not include the cost for your room. Please make a reservation on your own from the hotel reservation site. There are two options: 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed (below photo). For a 2-Queen-Beds room, up to 4 people can stay while a 1-King-Bed room only accommodates 2 people.
Frequently Asked Questions
I need to reserve a room one more day before the conference. When I change the period of reservation, however, the room rate changes. What shall I do?
Do not worry. Go ahead and make a reservation. When you check in, you mention that you reserved a room to attend the UBF conference. Then, the front desk will adjust your room rate. If you have further issues, please contact Paul Kim at paul72kim@hotmail.com.
I need to stay one more day to attend NY UBF worship service. When I change the period of reservation, again, the room rate changes. What shall I do?
