The conference will be held from Thursday 2/20/2025 to Saturday 2/22/2025 at LaGuardia Plaza Hotel. This conference is for senior pastors in North America and their chosen leaders including their wives. Conference Coordinator Paul Kim will invite them for registration. Remember this conference is an invitation only event. When you receive an email invitation, please follow the link to register (by clicking “Yes”.)
From this conference on, the registration will have two phases: one for admission, the other, lodging (separately).
If you are not invited but would like to participate in the conference, please discuss your wish with your senior pastor, who will guide you. If you have any trouble or questions per registration, please submit your request by using the menu Contact Us on the top right.
The senior pastors in the New York UBF and NJ UBF welcome you and created tours for those who want more fellowship before and after the conference.
The admission fee is mandatory for registration, which includes five meals (Thur. dinner; Fri. all meals; Sat. breakfast) and overhead. Staying at the hotel is optional but we strongly recommend you do so. All tours are optional as well. The admission fee will increase after the early bird rate closes on 1/20/2025. When you register, please make sure your lodging first, because lodging is separately paid through the hotel reservation site. After that, select your choice and pay accordingly.
Registration begins online on Sunday, December 1, 2024. The registration offers an early bird rate that reduces the admission fee by $15. The early bird rate ends on Monday, January 20, 2024. We highly recommend early registration because our preparation to support the conference is easier. The online registration closes on Friday, February 7, 2024. All payments are due before the registration website closes. After that, the registration is only available in person at the hotel. We encourage you to avoid the walk-in registration because the process takes a long time and creates additional work for conference staff. Please keep the confirmation number and use it when you check into the hotel, since many have the same names.

The pink area in front of the grand ball room is the foyer and it will be our registration site as well as the banquet place for lunch and dinner. Depending on when to arrive, your first day will be different.
Tourists arriving on 2/19/2025
You are to check-in first (or later after the tour program) in the first floor. If you need to wait, please use one of the sitting places in the lobby. The hotel management has informed us that we can use any of the sitting places while waiting for the tour program. There are also sitting places near the restaurant. Please check in and take a rest there until all the tourists gather.
Conference registrants arriving on 2/20/2025
The onsite registration booth is going to be set up at the end of the foyer area. Please line up toward the booth. After the registration, go to the front desk and check-in. You will have a separate dealing with the hotel front-desk managers. If you have driven from your places and have parked your vehicle, please validate your parking ticket with the Conference Coordinator Paul Kim through Contact Us to get 50% discount (normally $30, the discount rate, $15 per night). If you need to drive in-and-out for picking up the guests or any other reasons, please refer to Paul Kim through Contact Us as well. For registration questions, we will set up a registration team leader and refer to that person.
