Conference Location

We made a contract with Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport to host the conference (Address: 10249 W Irving Park Rd, Schiller Park, IL 60176, USA; Phone: 847-671-6000).

Housing

We do not assign a hotel room for you, since the conference fee does not include the cost for your room. Please make a reservation on your own from the hotel reservation site. There are two options: 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed (below photo). For a 2-Queen-Beds room, up to 5 people can stay while a 1-King-Bed room only accommodates 2 people.

Note that in the reservation site, the dates are preselected to accommodate those coming early or leaving late (as shown below: Feb. 25 (Wed.)-Mar. 1 (Sun.)). Yet, changing the date as desired within the window is straightforward. If you stay for only two nights, please modify “the Stay” and click on “Update.” Afterward, the next page shows the rate, $99/night and the summary of charges should be $225.72 ($99*2 plus %14 tax).
