Registration

Introduction

The conference will be held from Thursday 2/26/2026 to Saturday 2/28/2026 at Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport. This conference is for senior pastors in North America and their chosen leaders including their wives. Conference Coordinator Paul Kim will invite them for registration. Remember this conference is an invitation only event. When you receive an email invitation, please follow the link to register (by clicking “Yes”.)

Again, the conference registration has two phases: one for admission, the other, lodging (separately).

If you are not invited but would like to participate in the conference, please discuss your wish with your senior pastor, who will guide you. If you have any trouble or questions per registration, please submit your request by using the menu Contact Us on the top right.

Conference Admission & Lodging

• Admission: $350 (Early bird), $365 (Regular)
• Lodging (separately): Hotel room (2 queen beds (up to 5 people) or 1 king bed (up to 2 people)) for two nights: $99 × 2 (plus tax (14%))

The admission fee is mandatory for registration, which includes six meals (Thur. dinner; Fri. all meals; Sat. breakfast & lunch), snack and overhead. Staying at the hotel is optional but we strongly recommend you do so. The admission fee will increase after the early bird rate closes on 1/23/2026. When you register, please make sure your lodging first, because lodging is separately paid through the hotel reservation site. After that, select your choice and pay accordingly.

Online Registration Schedule

Registration begins online very soon. The registration offers an early bird rate that reduces the admission fee by $15. The early bird rate ends on Monday, January 23, 2026. We highly recommend early registration because our preparation to support the conference is easier. The online registration closes on Friday, February 8, 2026. All payments are due before the registration website closes. After that, the registration is only available in person at the hotel. We encourage you to avoid the walk-in registration because the process takes a long time and creates additional work for conference staff. Please keep the confirmation number and use it when you check into the hotel, since many have the same names.

First Day (Check-ins) at the Hotel

Below are the layout of the Lobby Level (First Floor) and the actual photos of the entrance and the front desk of the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport. The pink area in front of the international ballroom is the foyer and it will be our registration site. The international ballroom will be our main program place as well as the banquet place for lunch and dinner. The check-in time is 3:00 PM but the Conference Coordinator Paul Kim will help you in case you need an early check-in.

Conference registrants arriving on 2/26/2026

The onsite registration booth is going to be set up at the end of the foyer area. Please line up toward the booth. After the registration, go to the front desk and check-in. You will have a separate dealing with the hotel front-desk managers. If you have driven from your places and have parked your vehicle, please validate your parking ticket with the front desk or the Conference Coordinator Paul Kim through Contact Us. For registration questions, we will set up a registration team leader and refer to that person.
