The hotel runs a shuttle bus every 30 minutes from 4am to 12 pm. When you arrive at O'Hare International Airport, you will arrive either at the International terminal (T5) or domestic terminals (T1, T2, T3). If you arrive at T5, please proceed to Door 5E to find the shuttle bus. If you arrive at the domestic terminals, please proceed to Bus/Shuttle Center and look for the shuttle bus at Door 2.
When you leave the hotel for the airport, you ask the driver to drop you off at the desired terminal.

How can I get to the Bus/Shuttle Center when I arrive at O'Hare airport?
Please refer to the map above. It is located at level 1 of the Main Parking Garage between Elevator Centers 3 and 4. Please, look for a sign in your area that points to the Bus/Shuttle Center and follow it.
How can I identify the shuttle bus?
The shuttle bus shows its association with the hotel Four Points by Sheraton. If in doubt, please confirm it with the driver.
Is there any charge for the shuttle bus?
No, it is complementary. You are welcome to give a tip to the driver at your discretion.
I commute. Can I park my car at the hotel?
Yes, it is complementary. If you leave the car overnight, please report it at the front desk. Tell the front desk manager that you parked the car to attend the North America Leaders Conference. Please, follow any instruction from the manager.
