Registration
Introduction
The conference will be held from Thursday 2/22/2024 to Saturday 2/24/2024 at Hilton LAX Airport hotel. This conference is for senior pastors in North America and their chosen leaders including their wives. Conference Coordinator Paul Kim will invite them for registration. If you receive an email invitation, please follow the link to register.
If you are not invited but would like to participate in the conference, please discuss your wish with your senior pastor, who will guide you. If you have any trouble or questions per registration, please submit your request by using the menu Contact on the top right.
The senior pastors in the Western Region welcome you and created a tour fellowship from Tuesday 2/20/2024 to Thursday 2/22/2024 for those who want more fellowship before the conference.
Conference & Tour Fee
- Admission: $205 (Early bird), $220 (Regular)
- Hotel bed for two nights: $187
- Two days' tour fellowship: $162
The admission fee is mandatory for registration, which includes two meals on Friday and overhead. The hotel bed and tour are optional. The admission fee will increase after the early bird rate closes on 1/15/2024. When you register, please select your choice and pay accordingly.
Online Registration Schedule
Registration begins online on Friday, December 1, 2023. The registration offers an early bird rate that reduces the admission fee by $15. The early bird rate ends on Monday, January 15, 2024. We highly recommend early registration because our preparation to support the conference is easier. The online registration closes on Sunday, February 4, 2024. All payments are due before the registration website closes. After that, the registration is only available in person at the hotel. We encourage you to avoid the walk-in registration because the process takes a long time and creates additional work for conference staff.
Check-In at the Hotel
Below is the layout of the Lobby Level of the Hilton hotel. Three areas are overlaid by colored rectangular blocks. The green arrow indicates the entrance to the Lobby. The blue area is the front desk. The location of the checkin depends on your arrival date.
Tourists arriving on 2/20/2024
The red area is Bel Air. Please go to the onsite registration booth inside Bel Air. Please check in and take a rest there until all the tourists gather.
Conference registrants arriving on 2/22/2024
The green area is the Foyer to the ballrooms. The onsite registration booth is set up at the end. Please line up toward the booth. Please check in and go to the front desk afterwards. Remember your confirmation number on the registration badge. Hotel front desk managers will recognize it and issue a room key. Otherwise, please contact Helen Jung at the registration booth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is partial payment available?
We prefer full payment at once. We, however, consider those who cannot afford it. You may be one. We allow you to pay partially in increments with a minimum payment of $50. When your balance is less than $50, you pay the rest, following the instruction.
Can I cancel my registration? If so, can I get my payment back?
Yes, you can cancel your registration prior to the close of the online registration. You get the refund only if you have completed the payment. However, there is a service fee of $20 deducted from the refund.
I paid partially and ended up cancelling my registration. I understand that I cannot get a refund. What about crediting it to someone I know?
In general, your partial payment is taken as a donation. Yet, registration managers are willing to discuss such an option. Please, use the button ‘Contact Us’ and make your request.
Do I contact the hotel directly to register for the conference?
No, use the UBF registration website to register.
When I register, I am asked if I will travel by air. I do, but I have not purchased a ticket. The question for Yes/No is mandatory. What shall I do?
You choose ‘No’ during the registration. When you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email. The email provides you with a link to modify your entry. When you find your travel information, you return to the site by the link and revise it.
