Upon Arrival

The designated airport for the conference is the Los Angeles International airport (LAX) that has eight terminals. Below is a map of its terminals and amenities. The airport has the lower level for arrival and the upper level for departure. Please do not use the bus stop at the lower level to take a hotel shuttle bus but follow the instructions below.

Shuttle Bus by Hilton LAX Airport Hotel

The hotel offers its own shuttle bus. Below is its photo. After you arrive at the airport, please board the blue & white shuttle bus with the “Hilton LAX” electronic display.  This shuttle picks up guests under the red sign marked “Hotel/Courtesy Shuttles” just outside of departures on the upper level of the airport area of every terminal.  The shuttle makes frequent trips to and from the airport every twenty minutes, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You also use it when you return from the hotel to the airport.

Parking at Hilton

A parking lot is available, which charges daily in and out. It has a station for electric vehicles.
